am o problema cu scriptul!
nu imi merge numai mie daca il dau adresa scriptului altcuiva nu merge!

I hope you can speak English as I have zero knowledge of Romanian language.
I have tried to install this script and have done everything it asks of me and even confirmed everything with my host, but I always get permission denied. Is there a fix? I downloaded from this site. Maybe that will be different than the download from webscripts.softpedia.com

Thanks very much for the script, works beautifully!
There are a couple of things that I need to change it in and I would appreciate your help:
1. As the main ISP shares just a few IP addresses for the whole island, refusing to accept signatures from the same IP would block most of the people who would want to sign the petition! How do I switch off this feature?
2. As comments are not really required (but would be nice to have) I would like to make the comments optional.
Could you please let me know how I could get those things done?
